About the nursery
Little Learners is situated in a lovely garden setting. It has a wonderful amount of outdoor play provisions right outside its gate as well as its own outdoor playground. The nursery is a five minute walk from Southfields station which is very convenient for those parents / carer’s commuting to work.
We take children from 2 years of age and offer a warm, safe and caring environment in which your child will have fun and learn new exciting activities. Many new friendships will be formed in a relaxed and kind environment. We are open term time only, Monday – Friday.
We offer ‘wrap around care’ sessions from Sheringdale and Riversdale Schools. Please enquire for further information from the nursery management team.
Nursery Information
Little Learners is Ofsted registered and inspected by Ofsted and assisted by the local council early years department. We can apply to our local authority for grant funding (national education grant) for all children ages 3 and over who are not being funded at another nursery, funding for 2 year olds is available only for children who meet a specific criteria (special needs, parents on welfare benefits).

Our History
Our nursery team is highly qualified in childcare and teaching. We offer a relaxed atmosphere where your child will be nurtured in an environment that is attractive and appealing as possible. We offer a safe and caring nursery in which your child can play, learn, have fun and make new friends supported by staff who are committed to offering an outstanding quality service and education.
Many of our staff have worked at the nursery for many years and have attended regular training days and courses to expand their knowledge and update their skills. All of the staff hold the appropriate childcare qualifications and are first aid trained.
